How do I change my website URL?

As an administrator of a Scorecast Business platform, you have the option of modifying your platform website URL. Most often, this is to remove the numbers that are placed by default when your platform is created, or to change the name of your event. 

Most often, your platform URL is in the form :
mycompany76543.scorecastbusiness.com where 76543 are random numbers.

Please note that changing your website URL also changes the access key to your platform on Scorecast Business applications!

To modify your website URL, you need to be logged in with your administrator account on your Scorecast Business contest website. 

1. Click on Administrate and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll down the page to the Option section.
3. Next to your domain name, click on the little pencil that allows you to modify your domain.
4. A window will open informing you of the implications, so read them carefully! Click on Edit to continue.
5. Now you can edit your domain (the part before .scorecastbusiness.com) and click Save. If you don't want ".scorecastbusiness.com" in your URL, go to the next section.

Please note that if you change your website URL, all players will be disconnected and the old URL will no longer work. In addition, you'll need to communicate the new URL to players, as well as the platform key.
