How do I add or remove VIPs?

As an administrator of a Scorecast Business platform, you have the opportunity to put players in the spotlight. In your interface, we call these "VIPs". Highlighted players are always visible above in the Rankings page, as well as in the details page of a match or bonus question.

Add VIPs

To add VIPs, you need to be logged in with your administrator account on your Scorecast Business contest website. 

1. Click on Administrate and then go to the VIP tab.
2. Then click on Add VIPs and tick the people you want to feature on your platform.

From the moment a platform has VIPs, they are visible to all players on your website and on your dedicated space from the Scorecast Business iOS and Android mobile apps.

We recommend that you place no more than 7/8 VIPs, as not all VIPs will be visible!

Remove VIPs

To remove VIPs, you need to be logged in with your administrator account on your Scorecast Business contest website. 

1. Click on Administrate and go to the VIP tab.
2. Then click on the person concerned.
3. In the window that has just opened, you'll see a Remove from the list button in the bottom left-hand corner. Click to remove the person from the VIP list.
