How do I filter entries?

Modified on: 02/20/2024 at 16:46

In this article:

As the administrator of a Scorecast Business platform, you can filter your players' registrations by taking into account only certain types of e-mail address.

For example, if you're an iDalgo company and you only want to open your competition to employees with an @idalgo.fr address, you can create an "@idalgo.fr" e-mail mask. In this way, anyone with an iDalgo address will be able to register, while others will not.

Add a filter

To add a mail filter, you need to be logged in with your administrator account on your Scorecast Business contest website.

  1. Click on Administrate and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll down the page to the Allowed e-mails option.
  3. Then, if you want to filter entries, you need to tick Allow only certain e-mail addresses.
  4. Next, you can add an e-mail mask. For example @idalgo.fr" or "@mycompany.com".

You can add multiple email masks to filter your subscriptions!
