Change your Scorecast Business account password

Can't access your account? Can't remember your password? Here's how.

Change password without logging in

Website

From your platform's website, you can change your password even if you're not logged in. 

  1. Go to your platform's login page.
  2. Click on Lost Password?
  3. You will then be asked for your e-mail address in order to receive an e-mail containing a link enabling you to generate a new password.
  4. Click on the link in the e-mail.
  5. Set a new password by entering it twice. In most cases, the password must be at least 12 characters long, with one upper case, one lower case and one special character.
  6. Log in with your Scorecast contact e-mail address and your new password.


Mobile applications

From the Scorecast Business mobile application, you can change your password as soon as you are logged in. 

  1. Access your platform by entering your access key.
  2. Click on Log in.
  3. Click on Lost Password?
  4. You will then be asked for your e-mail address in order to receive an e-mail containing a link enabling you to generate a new password. 
  5. Click on the link in the e-mail.
  6. Set a new password by entering it twice. In most cases, the password must be at least 12 characters long, with one upper case, one lower case and one special character.
  7. Log in with your Scorecast contact e-mail address and your new password.


If the password reset e-mail doesn't appear in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you still haven't received anything after a while, contact us with as much information as possible (platform key or contest URL as well as your first and last name so that we can find you).


Change password when logged in to Scorecast Business

Website

From your platform's website, you can change your password as soon as you log in. 

  1. Click on your profile picture to access your profile.
  2. In the menu, go to the Security tab.
  3. You will then be asked to enter your current password, and then to enter your new password twice.
  4. Save the change by clicking on Save.


Mobile applications

From the Scorecast Business mobile application, you can change your password as soon as you log in. 

  1. Click on your profile picture to access your profile. 
  2. Then go to Settings, Account settings and Change password.
  3. You will then be asked to enter your current password and click on Change your password.
  4. Finally, you will be asked to choose a new password twice, then click on Save.
