Scorecast Business offers the possibility of receiving a reminder e-mail whenever there are any unfulfilled predictions during the day. This mail goes out very early in the morning. You can deactivate them if you don't want to receive them.
Sometimes, with the option activated and matches to predict during the day, you may not receive an e-mail reminder. There are several possible answers: either your corporate firewall doesn't allow you to receive e-mails from Scorecast, or there's an error in the e-mail address when you register.
Website
From your platform's website, you can deactivate the receipt of these e-mails from the moment you log on.
- Click on your profile picture to access your profile.
- In the menu, go to the Notifications tab.
- There's a switch ON|OFF Send me a mail when I forgot to forecast. If the option is enabled, then e-mails can be received. If not, then no reminder e-mail will be sent in any case.
Mobile applications
From the Scorecast Business mobile applications, you can deactivate the receipt of these e-mails as soon as you are logged in.
- Click on the More tab (bottom right) of the relevant competition.
- Then click on the Notifications tab in the Competition section.
- There's a Reminder of the forecasts ON|OFF switch. If the option is enabled, then e-mails can be received. If not, then no reminder e-mail will be sent in any case.
