Would you like to send newsletters to your players during your competition to keep the excitement going?

In this article, we'll look at how to use Scorecast Business newsletters.

For Euro 2024, the first launch newsletter is available free of charge in all plans. A pack of 4 additional newsletters is available on option. They unlock at key moments of the competition (end of the group phase, before the 1/2 finals and after the final). Also note that there are three languages available for newsletters: French, English and Spanish. Please contact us if you would like to include them in your offer.

For Paris 2024 competitions, newsletters are included in the one-off offer. For other competitions, please contact us.

How do Scorecast Business newsletters work?

Scorecast Business generates a newsletter template customized to your colors and platform content. You can send this template to your own e-mail address and forward it to your players.

Newsletters can also be accessed from your platform's website by activating the Show a tab to newsletters option in the main menu. A new entry will then be visible in your platform's menu, and players will be able to access the various newsletters.

To maximize the compatibility of Scorecast Business newsletters, we strongly recommend that you do not change the template images or content. Doing so could render the newsletter unreadable, particularly if text and images are superimposed.

How can I send you a Scorecast Business newsletter?

To send you a newsletter, you need to be logged in with your administrator account on your Scorecast Business contest website.

  1. Then click on Administrate, then Communication Kit.
  2. You can see the list of available newsletters on this screen. Then click on the desired newsletter. Example of Scorecast Business newsletters

  3. A window appears. You see a fictitious preview of what your newsletter will look like. Please note that this preview is for illustration purposes only, and does not include the actual content of your platform.
  4. Enter the e-mail address to which you wish to receive the newsletter, then click on Receive this newsletter by e-mailE-mail address and newsletter button

If your company's firewall is blocking our e-mails, please enter a personal e-mail address in step 4. To unblock receipt of our e-mails, please contact your IT department and ask them to unblock e-mails from scorecast.fr.
  5. Once the newsletter has been sent to your e-mail address, you can forward it to your players. To retrieve all the players on your platform, go to the Players tab in your administration area and click on Export to retrieve all your players' addresses in a .csv file.

You can also retrieve the unique link to your newsletter and send it to your players on your instant messaging software such as Slack or Teams. The link will enable anyone to access the relevant newsletter without having to log on to your platform's website.
